Hi Alan

Just come back from Mallorca - Was interesting. We were looking for routes of 5+ and below and especially top 50.

Went to Le Craveta and Coordina coordinator and Lord of the Rings were set up as top rope fortunately got Curset.

Cala Magraner - En pas descanse, a local wandered over as we were setting up, dumped his rope in front of the route, tied in and then rang someone on his mobile feigning no knowledge of English and didn't bother climbing until we wandered down to the river.

Tijuana - Churrito y pelete, Tom and Jerry, Ebam and Ebamsa was being used by a guy as top rope training - he caused a lot of fuss to other climbers nearly wiping my partner off one route when descending and nearly pulling off another climber when he eventually pulled his rope down. She wasn't happy. Also, he would climb a route and leave his rope dangling whilst having lunch and to boot I had to abseil off a shared lower off with his rope threaded through (got impatient) whilst his girlfriend climbed up. She realised the situation and stopped and lowered down so I could continue.

Finally went to S'Estret to find three groups tope roping Part Forana, Movimiento sexy, Tight Slab, Menage à trois, Eliminate, Virgin, Las cagao, End Slab 1 and End Slab 2. Leaving their ropes up for others in the group to climb but not giving room for us to even attempt to climb.

What fun. They all had your guidebook though.
